SHIPPING and DELIVERY POLICY

Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of our site. Please note that your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

DELIVERY

1.    Hong Lin Sewing Machine (Pte) Ltd shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver Products of acceptable quality to the delivery address (specified by the Customer on the registration form) within 5 to 7 working days but Hong Lin Sewing Machine (Pte) Ltd shall not be liable for any delays in its delivery services. If the delay has been due to any traffic or weather conditions, actions or omissions of any third party, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Hong Lin Sewing Machine (Pte) Ltd

2a.    Hong Lin Sewing Machine (Pte) Ltd only delivers within Singapore. If customer wishes to self collect their orders. It can be collected at the following location 2 working days after the order had been placed:

2b.    Self Collection is only permitted if the product is available and in stock.

3.    The Customer is to notify Hong Lin Sewing Machine (Pte) Ltd immediately of a change to his/her delivery address and contact number.
